- Distribution strategy targeting clinics and community events, like Yoga in the Park in South Lake Union and the UW Medicine Seattle Marathon.
- Highlighted content including expert insights on preserving memory, stroke prevention, managing migraines and understanding sleep chronotypes — each crafted in collaboration with UW Medicine specialists.
